Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Management Trainee Consultant in Petaling Jaya. The role involves meeting potential clients and sharing the latest insights on out‑of‑home media, which includes the data‑driven approach unique to the practice.

Fresh graduates in science, technology, engineering and math are encouraged. Preference given to candidates with first class or second class upper.

Basic Salary up to RM 5,000 plus depending on education, examination results and experience. Additional incentives included.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience in business process evaluation
• Knowledge of management consulting and client engagement processes
• Ability to present confidently
• Effective communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, or related fields
• Proficiency in AI applications and analytical tools
• Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
