Responsibilities

Project Planning & Feasibility

Conduct market studies, feasibility analysis, and financial projections for new landed projects.

Assist in land acquisition evaluations and due diligence.

Design & Approvals

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and authorities to refine design concepts and secure planning approvals.

Ensure designs align with market needs, project positioning, and budget.

Project Management & Delivery

Oversee the full project development lifecycle – from concept design, authority submissions, tendering, construction, to handover.

Monitor progress against budget, timelines, and quality standards.

Liaise with contractors and consultants to resolve on-site issues swiftly.

Stakeholder Management

Report regularly to senior management and investors on project milestones.

Engage with local authorities, consultants, and communities to ensure smooth project execution.

Sales & Marketing Support

Work closely with the sales & marketing team to provide input on product positioning, pricing, and marketing collateral.

Ensure the product delivered matches the sales promise and customer expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Property Development, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

6–10 years’ experience in property development or project management, preferably with landed residential projects.

Strong understanding of local development regulations, authority submission processes, and landed construction practices.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently within tight timelines.
