Overview
HRGA Assistant Manager (Bathroom & Sanitary Ware Industry) (ID : ) - Handle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding and retention, termination, compensation and benefits, employment contract matters, expatriate arrangements, and employee relations / welfare. (Includes onboarding and offboarding support.)
Process monthly payroll for both local and expatriate staff.
Manage and coordinate staff training and development arrangements, including course applications.
Handle all required HR-related applications.
Manage all work pass applications (new, renewal, appeals), ensuring accurate updates of company and employee information with relevant government agencies.
Assist in government grant applications, paid leave submissions, and related documentation.
Support regular confirmation and renewal of the company’s personnel system.
Participate in the annual review of the benefits policy and employee handbook, and make amendments to align with corporate needs.
Collect market data from government agencies and HR consultants to provide objective analysis and feedback for reviewing personnel systems.
Educate employees on the company’s personnel policies and systems.
Provide explanations of work rules and personnel systems (e.g., evaluation and compensation) to new employees.
Internal reporting
Manage procedures related to organizational and officer changes (e.g., updates to organizational chart and officer list).
Support the submission of HR-related reports to top management and the Singapore head office.
Data and Compliance
Maintain strict management of personal information :
Ensure quality data management of employee records in accordance with company policies, local laws, and regulations.
Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information flow systems for HR.
Process improvement
Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance user experience.
Contracts and General Affairs
Assist in reviewing contracts and managing renewals (e.g., office insurance, medical insurance).
Provide administrative support for vendor invoice filing and management.
Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with building management and external vendors.
Handle general office administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Manage daily collection and dissemination of incoming mail.
Internal GA Reporting
Support submission of GA-related reports to top management and the Singapore head office.
