Responsible for Sales Specialist; summarizing the overall job duties Deliver sales results / performance aligning to company direction and strategies. Have an in-depth understanding of the market and market trend and consistently take action prioritizing the company’s benefit. Have the ability to see business opportunities in the market and take on tough challenges with urgency, high enthusiasm, and high energy. Execute new product launching or existing product marketing plan Ensure company’s goal and direction are aligned to your strategy. Leadership Development & Core Leadership Development
Sales coaching to subordinate / mentee and provide constructive feedback for improvements. People and Culture Building
Collaboration with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure results Be accountable and have a sense of ownership Applies others’ diverse experiences, styles, backgrounds, and perspectives to get results Can take a creative idea and actively move it onto implementation Shows consistency between words and actions Business Partner for Organization Development Programs
Manage sales and support activities / distributors activities Ensure a good relationship with business partners and manage expectations at company’s interest Performance Management and Talent Development
Manage and ensure deliverable of results Monitoring and tracking self-KPI and able to foresee risk and take action to minimize it Plan and perform daily sales activities Functional / Technical Skills
Able to interact with a vast background of people and build relationships with key customers. Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage. Goal-oriented and must be able to plan and strategize action towards goals Continuous prospecting leads and discipline to follow up sales lead. Proactive and tactfully handle customer requests. Basic Computer skills (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Education / Experience
Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry Preferably experience with infusion pumps Strong interpersonal and network skills Demonstrate creative and innovative solutions in past assignments Possess sound and logical business acumen with a positive growth mindset.
