Requirements : Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant qualification (professional certifications such as ACCA, LCCI, CIMA are an advantage).
- 2–3 years of relevant working experience in handling full set accounts preferred (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may be considered).
- Knowledge of SST, Withholding Tax and Corporate Tax is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive to support the Company’s finance and administrative functions. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records and providing administrative support across departments. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements while contributing to the smooth running of office operations and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
Manage full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations and monthly closings.Prepare and review financial reports such as P&L, balance sheets and cash flow statements for management.Verify invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders and payments to ensure accuracy and proper approvals.Process client billing, monitor collections and reconcile supplier statements to minimise discrepancies.Assist in statutory reporting, SST / e-Invoice submissions, tax filings and audit preparation.Support in preparing company budgets, management accounts and periodic financial analyses (e.g., profitability, expense tracking).Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers and statutory authorities.Administration
Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling, coordinating meetings and handling correspondence.Maintain and organise filing systems (physical and digital) for finance, HR and company documents.Assist in HR-related tasks such as claims, payroll preparation and leave reporting.Handle general office administration, procurement of supplies and coordination of operational needs.Offer customer service support to clients and stakeholders by addressing enquiries promptly.Collaboration & Process Improvement
Work closely with management and department heads to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial reporting.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance internal controls.Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations and statutory requirements.Other Responsibilities
