Job descriptionSociable, you know how to connect with our guests and build a trusting relationship. Helpful and attentive, finding the right solution for all our guests. Multilingual, you master at least two languages and are comfortable with international guests. Relay directives and priorities from the Reception Manager through your actions and presence at the reception. Assist the Reception Manager in organizing and managing the reception, including coordination with other departments (housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance). Participate in and oversee the reception till, deposit of valuables, and management of rooms and transfers. Train and support the reception team. Ensure adherence to Club Med’s quality standards, hygiene, and safety regulations. Promote internal sales such as overnight stays, room upgrades, and meals.
