Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving business growth across both On-Trade (restaurants, hotels, bars) and Off-Trade (retailers, supermarkets, e-commerce) channels.

This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and building brand collaborations that enhance visibility, market share, and profitability.

The ideal candidate is both sales-driven and brand-minded — someone who can connect the dots between strategy, relationships, and results.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across On-Trade and Off-Trade markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key accounts, and trade partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure long-term collaborations.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of promotions, brand activations, and trade marketing campaigns.
