Job Description :

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Part Controller to manage procurement and inventory activities. This role ensures timely purchasing, accurate record-keeping, and efficient stock management.

Responsibilities :

• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Review the quality of purchased products.
• Enter order details (e.g., supplier, quantities, prices) into the SQL system.
• Maintain accurate records of purchased items, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Prepare cost analysis and purchasing reports.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when required.
