Overview

Lead Naval Architect – FSRU Conversion (1 year contract, renewable). We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with expertise in vessel life extension, fatigue analysis, and structural reinforcement for LNG carriers, FSRUs, and floating energy units. The engineer will perform high-level or Pre-FEED level assessments depending on the availability of detailed hull engineering data, with the goal of enabling 20+ years of safe operation post-conversion.

Responsibilities

Life Extension Assessment

• Conduct fatigue analysis and evaluate vessel structure for 20 years of additional operation.
• Assess structural integrity, corrosion allowances, and feasibility of conversion for floating LNG operations.
