Job Overview

Facility Engineer or Senior Engineer role based in Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah. Responsibilities

Ensure plantwide facilities equipment is in optimum operation with appropriate maintenance strategies and preventive activities Identify and implement energy saving initiatives to optimize energy usage Coordinate with contractors for facility equipment upgrade, renovation, new construction, and other related facility projects, ensuring projects are completed within time frame and budget Supervise facility service providers to ensure the facility maintenance program is carried out accordingly Ensure ongoing facility maintenance and project management comply with local regulatory requirements (Bomba, DOSH, ST, DOE, etc.) Requirements

Experience & skills needed : Project & facility management experience Budgeting & cost control is highly valued Building Management System (BMS) experience is beneficial Education needed : Bachelor degree in related field Technical competency for technical proficiency, building systems, energy management, and regulatory compliance Management competency for budget & project maintenance, team leadership, and contract negotiation Interpersonal competencies for effective communication, problem-solving, analytical skill, and decision making Location :
