DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Executive to drive performance across digital campaigns, website optimization, and email marketing. You will play a key role in enhancing user experience, boosting conversion rates, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings a mix of creative, analytical, and technical capabilities, along with practical experience using tools like Google Analytics, Canva, and Business Profile Manager. This role is also expected to contribute to the overall marketing strategy by interpreting performance insights and development of digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, email, SEO / SEM, and display / programmatic. Own and optimize the company website’s UI / UX—improving user flows, layout, and performance to increase engagement and conversions. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns. Design visually compelling campaign materials and digital assets using Canva, in line with brand guidelines. Monitor and maintain our Business Profile Manager to ensure accurate local presence, customer reviews, and updates. Track and analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics and CRM tools to identify insights and opportunities. Drive and support SEO initiatives in collaboration with content teams to improve organic visibility and traffic. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, eCommerce, CRM and Product) to ensure seamless execution and alignment across platforms. Collaborate with marketing, creative and social media teams to brainstorm ideas for content, campaigns, and product launches. Keep up with content trends and propose new ways to engage with our audience. Lead in Test-and-Learn AI driven Digital Marketing Initiatives with analysis and proposed next steps Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with a strong background in email marketing, website optimization, and performance marketing. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Canva, and Business Profile Manager. Working knowledge of UX / UI best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Strong copywriting skills and design sensibility for email and web content. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and take action.
