Job Description :
We are seeking for native Hong Kong speakers who are fluent in Cantonese and English to join our team in Malaysia . In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing online content, handling customer complaints and copyright-related issues, and ensuring the accuracy of updates on a popular social media platform.
Job Responsibilities :
- Reviewing Online Videos / Content / Complaints / Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work or material
- Reviewing / updating contents on a popular social media platform
- Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
