Job Description :
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Consignment Stock Assistant to support stock and inventory operations at consignment locations. This position is well-suited for SPM or Diploma holders looking to start or grow their careers in the healthcare logistics sector.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and monitor consignment stock levels at designated client sites.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate documentation of stock movement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients on stock requests and replenishment.
- Assist in preparing stock reports and inventory updates.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in stock storage areas.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification (fresh graduates are welcome).1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Excel).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and time management skills.Willing to work in Shah Alam area.Your application will include the following questions :
