Assistant Vice President, Fund Accounting

Prepare and review UTF and ETF funds’ daily valuation and ensure the accuracy of NAVs prior to publication.

Assist in handling audit related matters and act as main liaison with internal stakeholders.

Assist in checking the Fund tax related matters and involve in testing in any new implementation in relation to regulatory new requirements.

Check and verify daily cash position to ensure accurate and timely settlements.

Check and verify daily reconciliation of cash and stock holdings against bank statements (e-statements) and trustee records.

Participate in ad hoc project assigned by superior and lead project assigned by superior.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to requests from trustees / other parties timely
• Ensure the instructions / advice to trustees / relevant parties are accurate
