About the Role

This role involves managing subscriber services, ensuring billing accuracy, supporting partners, and driving compliance and data analysis to strengthen business performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle subscriber orders and requests, ensuring smooth activation, recharge, and refund processes.
• Support channel partners and customer service teams to resolve issues and coordinate with backend systems.
• Assist in billing reconciliation and settlement with operators to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
• Support compliance operations, including PDPA and customer privacy policies.
