In a Nutshell :
This person will take charge of accounts / brands and drive towards their business goals. He / she would need to be sociable and creative to interpret the client and develop strategies for campaign success.
What you'll do :
- Lead and manage a team of passionate marketers to success through immaculate planning and strategizing
- Collaborate with clients and fellow team mates (Digital, Performance, PR, Events, Creative) to plan and execute integrated marketing strategies to success
- Counsel and direct the execution plan for brand strategies across multiple digital channels to reach their targets and goals
- Track, measure and analyze the digital journey of brands to continuously search for new routes, innovations and experiments.
- Understand and recommend the best course of action in the social / digital landscape for success for campaigns and brands
- Lead and manage a team in terms of execution and development of business leads
- Plan and strategize business opportunities for the brand and company
What you have :
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Marketing, New Media Communications, Computer Science, Advertising, PR, OR related field with at least 4 years' experience.MUST be fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.Have a rich experience in working with global and local brands on digital and social campaigns.Applicants with a strong background in the Digital marketing landscape or have won awards in similar industries will have an edge.Effective interpersonal skills & positive attitude. Strong writing & problem solving abilities.Excellent organizational & time management skills.Past experience in digital media platforms such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Google Ads, SEM, Google Analytics, Digital Media buying & planning is an added advantage, but not a must.Interest in photography / videography is a major plus.Preferably someone who has oversea experience & has dealt with regional clients. Eg, Singapore, Cambodia.
