Manage team performance. Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates. Perform administrative tasks for operational support. Lead teams in achieving metric goals, complete monthly deliverables and tasks. Minimum Requirements : Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations / Training / Workforce as Team Lead or Manager. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in managing a team. Preferably with experience in Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Account. Diploma or equivalent. Language requirement defers on the hiring account - preferably have verbal and written experience in English / Malay / Mandarin / Cantonese / Japanese, etc.
