Marketing (Local Marketing Development)

This role involves conducting feasibility studies, analyzing market trends, customer behavior (Voices of Customers), and competitor benchmarking. It includes gathering, organizing, and interpreting data, as well as developing reports and presentations that summarize market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis. Additionally, the role supports the development of economic outlook reports by researching and analyzing industry trends and their potential impact on economic conditions.

The role involves supporting brokers with daily backend tasks, data entry, and research, while preparing import / export clearance documentation according to guidelines. Additionally, it includes observing experienced brokers, building professional relationships, and completing any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Focus on identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement by benchmarking industry best practices across CE frontlines, DCC, and PCC.
