Job descriptionManage and maintain sales files, booking forms, SPA documents, and loan application paperwork. Liaise with solicitors, bankers, and government agencies for documentation and project-related matters. Prepare sales reports, meeting minutes, and marketing activity summaries. Assist in general office administration tasks such as document filing, purchasing, and office coordination. Ensure timely follow-up on customer payments, agreements, and handover processes. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in sales / marketing or admin (experience in property development is an advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design / social media tools is a plus. Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Marketing
- Promote the company's property projects through online and offline channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, conduct property viewings, and provide follow-up communication.
- Prepare and update marketing materials, brochures, and social media content.
- Coordinate and participate in property launches, roadshows, and exhibitions.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions (CRM).
