We are looking for a Sales Planning Executive to assist the development of a activities plan that supports the field sales team to achieve their objectives.
A day in the life of a Sales Planning Executive
- Responsible for the channel monthly promotions allocation and New Product launch quantity requirement. Communication of the allocations to the Commercial Control and the Field Sales Team.
- Responsible for promotion plan creation in CP&M
- Compilation and maintenance of the Long Term Space Buy and Additional Space Buy outlet list.
- Review executions in the list of outlets and recommendations for improvements to be made
- Prepare allocation of POSMs for the respective campaigns (KMA linked) with feedback from the field sales team and sales analyst to Shopper activation team.
- Communication of sampling outlets with the channel team, field sales team and the SEM during specific campaigns.
- Responsible for Key Monthly Activities planning and customized Monthly Thruput Material deck for region flawless executions.
- Support Sales Planning manager in running pre and post evaluation of key channel promotion plans.
- Support Sales Planning manager in development of the annual ICP plan (Providing sales analysis baseline, expected incremental sales and mechanics) and Joint Business plan
What will make you successful
Graduate with 2 years experience in Trade Marketing or Sales.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.Good record of success in a field sales operations role. Understands customers and the selling process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
