Responsibilities

• Ensure IOI branded customer service to prospects and purchasers
• Attend walk-in and call-in potential inquiries
• Promote products and provide consultations (e.g., sales procedures, loan applications, Sale & Purchase Agreement, Deed of Mutual Covenant)
• Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing and promotional activities
• Assist in compiling, monitoring and reporting of sales performance
• Assist in marketing research and development
• Contribute to a positive team environment within the Sales & Marketing Department and maintain professional, courteous relationships with co-workers
• Execute other job responsibilities as required by the superior or designated by the Company
