Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is preferred.Extensive experience in sales training or a comparable field is essential.Exceptional communication and presentation skills are mandatory.Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design and curriculum development is crucial.Superior problem-solving abilities are required.Thorough understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies is essential.Substantial experience in developing and delivering sales training programs is required.Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are necessary.Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse audiences and learning styles is crucial.Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for on-site training sessions is required.Additional Information
