Job descriptionMengikuti classroom training selama 1 minggu dengan mengacu pada kompetensi pembelajaran berikut : Basic Education & Sales, Product Knowledge, Field Sales Management & Routine, Specific Telesales routine (CRM, Campaign, Chat & Call), Roleplay. Trainee akan menjalani On The Job Training (OJT) dengan bimbingan mentor selama 2-3 minggu. Pendidikan terakhir D3 & S1, sederajat dengan pengalaman sales silahkan melamar. Bersedia untuk bekerja dari kantor (sesuai penempatan yang dipilih). Percaya diri, gigih, disiplin, dan bertanggung-jawab serta berorientasi pada target. Senang untuk tampil dan berbicara di depan umum. Memiliki laptop dan smartphone pribadi.
Overview
STAR atau Sales Trainee Academy by Ruangguru adalah sebuah program magang dan training yang dirancang mempersiapkan Field Educational Consultant terbaik dan berdedikasi tinggi untuk berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Peserta yang terpilih sebagai Trainee akan menerima uang saku selama proses training. Program ini juga dibuka untuk berbagai wilayah di Indonesia.
What you’ll gain
- Training selama 1 minggu bersama mentor-mentor berpengalaman untuk menjadi sales profesional.
- Mengimplementasikan training yang diberikan dan beradaptasi di lapangan melalui On The Job Training (OJT) selama 2-3 minggu.
- Memiliki kesempatan eksklusif untuk menjadi karyawan Ruangguru.
- Mendapatkan uang saku dan insentif selama periode pelatihan dan OJT.
