Job descriptionDiploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, or Management Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written) Experience in administrative and finance-related duties Computer literate with strong familiarity in relevant software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality of patient records
Job Description :
- Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally and courteously
- Manage patient appointments and maintain schedules
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance verification accurately
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Maintain and update patient records with confidentiality
- Coordinate communication between patients, medical staff, and departments
- Provide emotional support and assistance to patients with special needs
- Ensure compliance with Rehab Centre policies and procedures
- Collaborate with accounting for billing reports and payment reconciliations
