Responsibilities
Project Coordination : Planning, scheduling, and managing sales projects, setting goals, and monitoring progress.
Sales Support : Assisting the sales team with client communication, proposal preparation, and order processing.
Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Administrative Tasks : Managing project documentation, maintaining databases, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Communication : Facilitating communication between different departments and ensuring all parties are informed of project updates.
Quality Control : Ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
Qualifications
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across departments and with clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is required to support regional clients and partners.
