Operations Engineer / Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead production of advanced metal 3D printing system, and additive manufacturing (AM).
• Develop production specification, workflow and documentation.
• Manage product BOMs and cost verification.
• Drive cost optimization, lean manufacturing, and automation.
• Develop an effective and quality-driven team to support the production operation.
• Interact with stakeholders / customers to troubleshoot and resolve production / operation issue.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Occasional travel to support production / operation activities is required.
