Summary
You will be responsible for providing high-end, personalized service for guests attending events, meetings or social functions. Acting as the primary guest liaison for event attendees, you ensure that all guest needs from arrival until departure are met with grace and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for event guests; greet attendees and handle inquiries.Guide guests to event spaces and assist in coordinating guest requirements such as special accessibility, dietary restrictions or VIP services.Maintain up-to-date knowledge about all concurrent events, schedules, room allocations, layouts and flow to facilitate smooth transitions.Serve as a liaison between event planners, guests and internal departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.Provide local information, restaurant recommendations and booking assistance.Handle last-minute changes or requests and resolve guest complaints or concerns with professionalism.Maintain awareness of guest arrival and departure times; ensure high levels of cleanliness, order and ambience in public and event areas.Check readiness of event spaces to ensure preparedness for attendees.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.At least 2 years of experience in guest services or events in a luxury hotel.Excellent interpersonal, communication and guest service skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
