Senior Account Executive / Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the monthly closure of accounts and the preparation of comprehensive management reports.
• Handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate financial reports and other related schedules.
• Familiar with AR & AP procedures and data entry.
• Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure financial statements and any related reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accounts payable aging and reconcile vendor statements.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, where relevant or identified in any business transactions.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Working Hours

Mon - Fri 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm
