Parts Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in parts management, inventory control, or a related automotive field.
• Diploma / Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; professional certifications in parts / inventory management are an added advantage.
• Strong ability to maintain accurate parts inventory levels, proper labeling, and monitor turnover effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for inventory, recordkeeping, and parts information management.
• Solid knowledge of automotive systems and new model updates from technical service bulletins.
• Capability to develop and execute action plans that ensure customer satisfaction and department profitability.
• Proven leadership skills in guiding, training, and motivating team members in parts operations.
• Competence in analyzing and interpreting inventory and pricing reports to support decision-making.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
