working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed. About Role The DW Messaging Analyst role integrates our global Digital Workplace Messaging team within the remit of IT Ops. You will act as a 2nd Level Support point for all matters relating to Messaging. You will also participate project delivery globally as part of the DW team. This position requires technical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online. Experience working in Shared Services environment is advantageous. To be successful in this role you will have : Administer and maintain the Messaging infrastructure and services

Update Logs, prepare reports and submit to Leadership

Apply governance policies and best practices

Investigate and fix incidents

Support 2nd level requests and escalations

Administering Hybrid Exchange environments with multiple AD forests

About You Relevant tertiary education & certifications with min. 1 year experience in Messaging-related role

Ideally certifications in Microsoft Exchange both online and on-premises

Proven experience in a global organization and knowledge of hybrid Exchange infrastructures

Experience in the management of transactional email systems

Knowledge in the setup of email authentication and authorization protocols (SPF, DKIM and DMARC)

Knowledge of enterprise level mail relay systems

Knowledge of Exchange EOP, ATP and DLP
