Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and marketing activities and administration tasks.
• Support the sales team in daily operations.
• Attend to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with parties to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist superior in developing marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans.
• Liaise with vendors to follow up on the development of marketing materials and promotional activities.
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials to sales team.
• Assist superior to manage and create online content across social media and digital platforms.
• To perform other duties assigned from time to time.
