Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kelang as an Operations Assistant. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and contributing to efficient operations management. Duties include monitoring processes, assisting with customer service, maintaining records, and collaborating with team members to improve operational efficiency. Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders will also be a critical part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Operations and reporting
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic on-site environment
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with operational tools and software is a plus
• Relevant educational qualifications (min SPM level) and experience in operations-related roles are advantageous
