Job descriptionStrong knowledge and understanding of financial markets, investment products, and unit trust funds. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to conduct financial analysis, assess fund performance, and provide sound financial advice. Self‑motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently. Relevant certifications such as FIMM or FIAM are beneficial. Trainings will be provided, no experience needed. Opportunity to build your passive income. Public Mutual Berhad, a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Public Bank, is Malaysia's No.1 private unit trust and Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) provider. Managing over 170 funds in‑house for around 5 million accountholders, the company offers a comprehensive range of conventional and Shariah‑based unit trust and PRS funds. Public Mutual's services are supported by 31 customer service centres and branches nationwide, along with over 260 Public Bank branches serving as collection centres.
Role Description
- Create financial awareness (i.e., the importance of retirement planning, children education planning, personal financial goals' planning, etc.)
- Analyse investors’ financial status and assist them toward achieving their long‑term financial goals via Public Mutual’s products.
- Ensure investors’ satisfaction by providing ethical and professional advisory services at all times.
