Responsibilities

• Design & control PCBA process.
• Drive for product's yield and quality improvement activities.
• Monitor production activities, propose recommendations on material, process and / or labor reductions to promote efficiency of operation.
• Coordinate for new lines set up and process change.
• Responsible for machine utilization and downtime improvement effort.
• Process improvement & line balancing for new and existing products.
• Develop processes work instructions, procedures and process control plans for products.
• Key person for product prototype run and drive for improvement before mass production build.
• Maintain & troubleshoot any technical problem in production line.
