We’re hiring Customer Service Executives (Inbound) – no experience needed!

RM2,800 / month for fresh graduate degree holders
2-month bonus upon 1-year completion with minimum performance rating

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply

Bachelor’s degree holders from any field (Graduated in 2024 / 2025 or with

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Open to learning and excited to build people skills in a customer-facing role

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound customer calls professionally

Listen actively and resolve customer inquiries

Record interactions accurately in CRM

Ensure compliance with service standards and policies
