[Urgent Hiring] Customer Service Executive (Mandarin)

Join our team and support customers with their inquiries through inbound calls, chats, and emails focusing on Taiwan / Hong Kong / Singapore / CH / US market. We offer competitive salary, training, and career growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Working Hours :

5 days per week, 9 hours ONLY / day, shift-based.

Salary :

Basic+ KPI+ allowances (Based on interview performance, education qualification, and working experience)

Requirements :

• Education : SPM and above (SPM, Foundation, Diploma, Degree etc)
• Experience : not required. (Free & Professional Training are provided)
• Language(s) : Mandarin, English (Cantonese is a plus). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience with customer service : an advantage (chance to gain higher basic salary)
• Fresh graduates : are welcome to apply!
• Able to work on rotational shifts, if needed.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Handle inbound / outbound enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone, email or via chat relating to renowned product.

Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.

Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.

Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.

Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.

Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.

Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner.
