Customer Service Specialist - Fresher OR Recent Graduate

Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive . This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products or services
Assist in resolving customer issues with a positive attitude
Record and update customer information in the system
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

Good communication skills in Mandarin or Cantonese and basic English

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Chat platforms)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in shifts if required

Paid training provided
