Candidates MUST have 1 year experience as a Healthcare / Insurance Claims Processor
Work pattern is from Monday to Friday.

Job Description for this role : -
1) Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding inpatient hospitalization admissions.
2) Accurately process and coordinate admission requests in compliance with health insurance policies and procedures.
3) Determine patients' eligibility for admission based on policy terms and conditions.
4) Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly and empathetically.
5) Communicate and document all admission-related information in a clear, professional, and accurate manner.
6) Collaborate with relevant departments to relay necessary information through established communication channels.
7) Review and interpret patient accounts and admission notes to facilitate smooth processing.
8) Handle and resolve patient inquiries, escalating complex cases or complaints, as necessary.
9) Ensure all instructions, queries, and service requests are addressed promptly, accurately, and within specified time frames.
Requirements :
Education : Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree.
Experience : Candidates with prior experience in Third Party Administrators (TPAs) or a science-related background will be given priority.
Nurses are strongly encouraged to apply.
Languages : Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
Availability : Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Skills : Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage medical claims processes efficiently and professionally.
