Web Operations Specialist (Webmaster)

The Web Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the INTI website.

Supports the setup and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities across the website and affiliated marketplaces.

Focuses on delivering a seamless, user-friendly, and secure digital experience for prospective students, current students, staff, and stakeholders.

Ensures that product pages are fully optimized for user experience, including accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory status.

Manages inventory and content updates across platforms, ensuring data consistency and synchronization.

Provides support in analyzing website and marketplace performance metrics, offering actionable recommendations to improve user engagement and overall experience.

Ensures compliance with web security standards and contributes to the execution and tracking of digital campaigns and analytics initiatives.

What you’ll need :

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field. Entry-level candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a digital environment are welcome as well.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of web maintenance and online retail operations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and sensitivity to numbers.
