As a People Operations Specialist at Flipster

Are you passionate about building a People & Culture function and creating meaningful employee experiences in a fast-growing company? We're looking for a People Operations Specialist who will play a pivotal role in building a strong HR foundation in our new Malaysia office and help drive regional initiatives across 15+ countries.

In this role, you will oversee the People team locally — from onboarding to employee relations and payroll — while also shaping global HR initiatives and projects to create impact at a global scale.
