IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities : -Leads the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all QA process and results -Liaises with clients to understand the business issues, processes and organization requirements. -To prepare and review the business processes, gather requirements and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases -Reports, tracks and monitor any issues raised by clients and ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner. -Communicates closely with client and manage the client expectations and deliverables. -Works closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule. Job Requirements : -Should possess a Degree in IT or relevant fields -At least 5 years’ experience in related field -Proficiency in English is a must -Able to converse in Chinese vernaculars is a plus  -Must have initiative and able to work with minimum supervision -Experience in QA testing will be an added advantage -Must have good written or oral communication skills -Must have experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders
