The Sales - SME Loan role is designed for motivated individuals who will be instrumental in driving sales of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) loan products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping businesses access the financing they need, along with a strong aptitude for relationship building and sales strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential SME clients to promote loan products, assessing their financial needs and determining suitable solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and developing relationships with local businesses.
- Conduct thorough financial analyses of client businesses and prepare loan proposals tailored to their specific needs.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information about loan products, terms, and the application process.
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and gather necessary documents for loan processing.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain ongoing communication throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic changes, and regulatory developments related to SME lending.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, preparing regular sales reports for management.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, finance, or SME lending.Strong understanding of SME financing options and loan products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client financial situations.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Proficient in MS Office and financial analysis tools.
