Finance Executive (MY)

Responsibilities :

• Prepare full set accounts, including reconciliation, adjustments, posting of journal entries and maintenance of audit schedules etc.
• Process and reconcile payments to vendors in a timely manner.
• Prepare quarterly GST submission.
• Preparing bank reconciliation report.
• Support expense management, including but not limited to cost forecast and monthly cashflow forecast.
• Assist in audit queries and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in accounting systems.
• Identify opportunities for improving financial workflows and reporting accuracy.
• Assist in any finance related tasks or automation initiatives.
• 3 to 5 years finance or accounting experience in the financial industry.
• Good understanding of financial controls, accounting standards and tax .
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Suite) and Microsoft Excel. Coding knowledge will be highly advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with Shared Services wouldbeadvantageous.
