About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team at BLESS COATING & PAINTS SDN BHD' in Kuala Lumpur. This is a contract position that will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations and delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Site Supervisor in the day-to-day management and coordination of construction activities on site
• Monitoring the work of subcontractors and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines
• Conducting site inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any issues or defects
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the project, including progress reports, timesheets, and health and safety records
• Providing support in the planning and scheduling of work activities to optimise efficiency and productivity
• Collaborating with the project management team to address any challenges or concerns that arise
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
