Job Summary :
We are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Management Trainee Program. This program is designed to develop future leaders by providing comprehensive training and exposure to various aspects of team management and operations. Successful candidates will be groomed to perform at the Team Leader level within one year.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program to understand daily operational workflows and management processes.
- Support Team Leaders and Level 2 (L2) staff in achieving performance goals and meeting client expectations.
- Learn to monitor team productivity, performance metrics, and quality standards.
- Assist in coordinating team schedules, handling escalations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Contribute ideas to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative and supporting team members.
- Prepare reports and updates for management as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.Proficient in English (both written and spoken).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail.Willingness to work under supervision and progress toward leadership roles.Training Duration
