Job Description :
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
- Preparation and handling of monthly management accounts
- Preparation of monthly accounting schedules
- Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain updated accounting records
- Liaising with auditor and tax agent on yearly accounts audit
- Assist Senior with any ad hoc tasks as needed
- Administrative duties
Requirements And Qualifications :
Minimum degree in account and 1 year of experience in handling full set of accounts.Experience in preparing monthly payroll and managing contribution submissions is an added advantage.Familiar with accounting software (SQL, Autocount, Bukku) will be an added advantageAbility to handle confidential information with integrityAttentive to detail and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlySeniority level
