Job Description :

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

  • Preparation and handling of monthly management accounts
  • Preparation of monthly accounting schedules
  • Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Maintain updated accounting records
  • Liaising with auditor and tax agent on yearly accounts audit
  • Assist Senior with any ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Administrative duties

Requirements And Qualifications :

  • Minimum degree in account and 1 year of experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Experience in preparing monthly payroll and managing contribution submissions is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with accounting software (SQL, Autocount, Bukku) will be an added advantage
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Attentive to detail and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
