Base pay range

This range is provided by TH Tong Heng Machinery Sdn Bhd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and service schedules.
  • Assign jobs and communicate job scopes clearly to mechanic and technician teams.
  • Monitor daily technician workload and provide administrative support.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in Business Admin, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in administration or maintenance support is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with team and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess own transport and willing to work at Masai, Johor.
