What You'll Do :
We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Commercial Analyst to support sales, inventory, and campaign performance analysis. This role will play a key part in driving actionable insights and supporting commercial strategies across product categories and business functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze sales performance across promotions, PWP / GWP, weekly deals, etc.
- Track stock levels vs. sales to optimize inventory and campaign efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Provide insights to improve product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams for campaign planning.
What We're Looking For :
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related fieldExperience : 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, category management, or merchandising support, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG.Skills : Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to work well under pressure and in teams.Tech Savvy : Proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets is required, while experience in forecasting and dashboard / report creation.Languages : Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
