Overview
We are seeking an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our HR and Accounts departments.
Responsibilities
- Create all SOP for HR and Admin department; processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process.
- Ensure HR operations run smoothly with solid organizational skills and familiarity with HR functions.
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records such as employment contracts.
- Update internal databases with new hire information.
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
- Gather payroll data such as bank accounts and working days.
- Publish and remove job ads.
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates; conduct a phone interview before the in-person interview.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics (for example, total number of hires by department).
- Develop training and onboarding material.
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for).
Requirements
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant and Accounts Executive or similar role.3 years experience in HR & Admin.Familiarity with HR.my System.Basic knowledge of labor legislation.Good verbal and written communication skills.Employer Responsibilities / Role Scope
